Term Time only plus one week

About the Role
As our Admin Officer, you will be the welcoming face of Chiltern Primary School. You will ensure the smooth running of the school office, support our admin team and teaching staff, and provide excellent customer service to parents, visitors, and the wider school community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front office
- Providing efficient administrative support across the school
- Maintaining a professional and positive image of the school at all times
- Supporting finance processes and contributing to school organisation
- Working independently, using your initiative to solve problems with a smile
About You
You are someone who:
- Thrives on organisation and juggling multiple tasks with a calm, positive attitude
- Has experience working in a busy administrative or finance environment, ideally in a school or education setting
- Communicates clearly and warmly, both in writing and face to face
- Enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently, using initiative to resolve challenges
- Is dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about supporting a school community where every pupil can succeed
- Brings a good sense of humour and a professional approach to your role
